Hahaha Harbor Freight Tools carries tons of cool Chinese imports and yes this cart costs only $59. It's hard to barter online though, the best I can do is haggle the internet out of charging me sales tax. Most of the itme though it's just me screaming "Give me good deal!" at the monitor in vain.
